Geotechnical Engineering

Geotechnical engineers at the EM CX provide support during design, construction, and long term operation and maintenance of remedial actions. Geotechnical expertise includes design/construction of landfill covers/liners, slurry walls, and solidification/stabilization technologies. The geotechnical engineers support all USACE programs and missions by providing project-specific technical advice, and developing user-friendly guidance, workshops and presentations.
